Meet The Team
Dr. Kimera Moodley
Co- Founder and Managing Director
Dr. Kimera Moodley is an accomplished academic and quality assurance specialist with extensive experience in higher education and occupational training. She is the Co-Founder and Managing Director of Ontech Solutions, where she leads curriculum design, qualification development, accreditation consulting, LMS development, and the facilitation of professional and skills-based training programmes across diverse sectors.
Dr. Moodley serves as a board member of the South African Qualifications Authority (SAQA) and has designed multiple QCTO-aligned qualifications, skills programmes for SETAs, as well as programmes, modules, and short courses for higher education institutions. She has expertise in assessment standard development, policy formulation, educational technology, and post-school education and training research. She is also a Research Associate at Nelson Mandela University.
Her academic leadership includes roles at the Council on Higher Education, where she oversaw accreditation of higher education programmes, and at the University of Pretoria, where she contributed to the design and development of fully online learning programmes. She is an active researcher in online learning and educational technology, with multiple publications and conference presentations. Dr. Moodley holds a PhD in Computer Integrated Education.
Mr Mohammed Khan
Business Development Manager
Mr Mohammed Khan is the Business Development Manager at Ontech Solutions, focused on driving revenue growth, expanding market share, and building high-value strategic partnerships. He holds a BCom Honours in Marketing Management from the University of Johannesburg.
With a strong commercial mindset, Mohammed specialises in identifying and converting new business opportunities, negotiating impactful deals, and strengthening client relationships to maximise long term value. He has a proven track record of leading teams, accelerating business growth, and executing strategies that deliver measurable results in competitive markets.
Mohammed’s goal is to consistently deliver bottom-line impact by unlocking new revenue streams, closing strategic partnerships, and positioning businesses for sustained growth. His core expertise includes business development, sales strategy, negotiation, stakeholder engagement, and market intelligence.
Mrs Nicolé Chan
Multi-Media Design
Nicolé is a creative and versatile Multimedia Designer with a passion for crafting visually compelling and meaningful digital experiences. With a strong foundation in communication design, she brings a well-rounded skill set that spans graphic design, branding, digital content, and visual storytelling.
At Ontech Solutions, Nicolé plays a key role in developing engaging multimedia content that supports the company’s brand and communication objectives. She combines creativity with strategic thinking to produce designs that are not only visually striking but also purposeful and aligned with business goals.
Her experience includes creating brand identities, social media content, marketing materials, and digital assets across various platforms. Nicolé is particularly passionate about building cohesive visual narratives that connect with audiences and strengthen brand presence.
